Bagong Lipunan Condominium

In 1978, after the initial success of its Tondo and Dagat-dagatan housing schemes, the National Housing Authority developed the Bagong Lipunan Condominium in Taguig, Metro Manila.

A medium-density, high-rise scheme to bring condominium living to average-income families, it was built around a seven-story low-rent tenement constructed during a previous administration.  Taken over by NHA, the former tenement was rehabilitated and improved, and an attractive grouping of 48 three-and-four-story apartment building was built next to it.
